Cancellations/No Shows Fees and Tardiness Policy

Class enrollment is limited to ensure the effectiveness of the learning sessions. This also allows the instructors to give significant attention to each participant's needs. If you feel there is a scheduling conflict or you are not be able to keep your enrollment commitment, please consider enrolling in the class at a later date.


Tardiness: If you are more than 15 minutes late for a two or four-hour class, or 30 minutes late for an eight-hour class, please note that the instructor reserves the right to ask you attend another session. Tardiness can be disruptive to the instructor and the other participants.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.


If you are not able to attend a class you are already enrolled in, cancel your enrollment immediately to avoid a cancellation fee. You can drop your enrollment in the ELMS.  Click the following link for instructions:

A $30.00 cancellation fee is charged to your department if a cancellation notice is not received within 10 days of the class.
